The PHD Fast Track Program is a FACTOR approved distributor, allowing the label/artist to meet the distribution criterion for the FACTOR Loan program. PHD will listen/review all applications on a priority basis within 30 days of submission. For those not accepted, PHD will provide a feedback form.

DO NOT SEND YOUR APPLICATION FORM TO PHD. YOU MUST SUBMIT IT TO MUSIC BC TO BE CONSIDERED BY PHD UNDER THIS PROGRAM.
